Position Overview

As a Development Manager based in 6 October – Sheikh Zayed, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of premium residential and mixed‑use projects across Egypt. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage project budgets and timelines, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities, and ensure developments meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include managing project lifecycles from concept to handover, coordinating design/construction teams, controlling budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance (NUCA, GOPP, municipalities), mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout development phases.

  • Lead project planning, feasibility studies, and development strategy for residential and mixed-use schemes.
  • Manage design teams (architects, engineers, consultants) and ensure alignment with project vision and budget.
  • Oversee procurement, contractor selection, and contract administration for construction phases.
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, cost control, and value engineering to optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate authority approvals (NUCA, GOPP, municipalities) and ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality assurance, and progress tracking to meet deadlines and standards.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates for senior management and investors.
